Booking
Lessons are booked in advance through my Calendly calendar.
Please double-check your time zone when booking (Calendly usually adjusts automatically).
If you need a different day/time than what you see available, you can message me and I’ll tell you what I can offer.
Payments
Payments are made in advance to secure your spot.
Payment methods: PayPal or US bank transfer (when available).
Payment is monthly (1, 2, or 3 hours per week).
Trial Lesson
I offer one free 30-minute trial lesson.
The trial is used to check your level, talk about your goals, and decide the best approach (conversation-focused, grammar support, travel Spanish, rioplatense Spanish, etc.).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full and can’t be rescheduled.
One courtesy exception per package: if something unexpected happens, I can offer one late reschedule per package when possible (subject to availability).
Punctuality & No-Shows
Please be on time so we can use the full hour.
If you don’t join within 20 minutes, I’ll send you a message. After the 30 minutes withouth showing up, the lesson is considered missed and charged.
If you arrive late, the lesson still ends at the scheduled time.
If I Need to Cancel
If I ever need to cancel, I’ll always reschedule or make up the lesson.
Ending Weekly Lessons
If you take classes weekly, your time slot is reserved for you. For that reason, I kindly ask for 2 weeks’ notice if you want to pause or stop recurring lessons.
Packages, Plans & Expiration
When you purchase a package, it runs during the agreed period (for example, a monthly plan).
Any make-up lessons (when possible) are rescheduled within the same package period.
Once the package period ends, the package is considered complete whether the missed lessons were rescheduled or not, and continuing classes requires starting a new package.
Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and always depend on weekly availability, so planning ahead is strongly recommended.
Packages are scheduled commitments (a reserved time slot during an agreed period), not an open-ended bank of hours.
What’s Included in the Lessons
Personalized online Spanish lessons focused on conversation, grammar, pronunciation, and natural expression.
All materials included (PDFs/booklets, guided activities, and practice tasks).
Optional homework, only if you want it: extra practice, writing tasks, or targeted exercises based on your needs.
Corrections and feedback during class (and, when relevant, brief follow-up corrections for what we worked on).
Cultural recommendations tailored to your interests: books, articles, songs, films, and series that help you learn Spanish in a real, enjoyable way.
Ongoing support and plan follow-up via email or WhatsApp (for example, if you hear a new phrase and want to know what it means, you can ask me).
Holidays & Important Dates
Please check your country’s public holidays in advance. Holidays vary from country to country, so they don’t always match internationally.
If the holiday is widely shared (for example, December 25 and January 1), classes scheduled on those dates can be rescheduled. As an exception, since it affects both student and teacher, the package period may be extended by up to one extra week at no additional cost to make up that lesson, if needed.
For holidays that don’t coincide internationally (for example, Thanksgiving), please check with me in advance to confirm whether I’m working that day. If I’m not, we’ll try to reschedule the lesson whenever possible (always before the package period ends).
